Actions are initiated by clicking one of the buttons.
The following buttons appear on several screens:

The Edit button must be clicked before any changes to the data can be made.
Navigation buttons (arrows) allow movement to the previous and next records in a set of records.
The People button displays the individuals associated with the information on screen.
The Lookup button (binoculars) displays a list of information from which to choose.
